The Transform Framework has been put in place to help provide capacity within the market place, supporting publicly funded organisations (as beneficiaries of the framework) with timely and relevant advisory and support services.

The Transform Framework offers a legally compliant route to market, supporting trusts with their existing day to day service activity. It will fully support the evolving and developing landscape of publicly-funded services, including the drive towards service-user focused and patient-centric services.

  • The duration of call-off order contracts awarded under the framework can be for up to eight years at the discretion of the beneficiary using the framework, who can take into consideration the type of support needed and the complexity of their project.
