How do customers engage our suppliers?

NHS Commercial Solutions lead the tender process and manage framework agreements for members to then call-off against individual contracts.

Each framework specifies how customers can call-off. This is usually through a mini-competition or direct award. Customers have access to a user guide, which gives them all the information they need to enter into a call-off contract.

Customers are independent in their procurement decisions. The final decision to contract with a supplier on a framework can only be made by the customer. Customers have access to guidance to help them in this process.
