NHS Commercial Solutions and The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub form the NHS Commercial Alliance. This strategic partnership, between two collaborative procurement organisations, is designed to step up delivery and improve services to customers. Its aim is to offer significant procurement benefits to NHS trusts across the east and south east of England.

Since the NHS Commercial Alliance was formed, the organisations have worked together on a number of key projects and have developed a shared work plan. The aim is to drive through greater system efficiencies, avoid duplication of effort and ensure that trusts receive maximum benefit from collaborative procurement.
