Textile Services Cost Index Increase

There has been a 20.13% annual increase in the Textile Services cost index, with the energy cost centre being the major driver for the increase at 12.5%, and labour second at 3%. Depending on the contracts Trusts have in place, this may affect linen & laundry price indexation uplifts this year.

We will be working with members over the coming months to see how we support in mitigating this risk.
