Procurement Act Tools & Templates

We have been advised that DHSC Commercial Policy Team and NHS England Commercial team will be producing a full suite of documents, guides and templates aligned to the Procurement Act 2023.

The templates will include but are not limited to: Transitional Guidance (PCR to PA), Invitation to Tender Documents, Market Engagement, Conflicts Assessment Guidance, Transparency Notices, Assessment Summaries and Contract Management.  

The documents will be batched in terms of release, and all guidance and templates should be released by early October. Healthcare specific documents will start to be released in August 2024.
