PPN 12/23: North Macedonia Accession to the Agreement on Government Procurement & CPV Code Amendment

This Procurement Policy Note (PPN) sets out new requirements for contracting authorities’ treatment of North Macedonia’s suppliers to comply with the UK’s commitment under Government Procurement (GPA), as set out in PPN02/21, following their accession to the WTO’s Agreement on GPA.  Also included are amendments to two CPV codes to address outdated language.

● 85312120-6 - Day-care services for disabled children and young people.
