A new PPN issued: PPN 02/21 Requirements for contracts covered by the WTO Government Procurement Agreement and the UK-EU Trade and Co-operation Agreement

This Procurement Policy Note (PPN) sets out:

1. The ongoing requirements for contracting authorities following the World Trade Organisation (WTO) Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) coming into force for the UK as an independent party on 1 January 2021; and
2. The action required following the UK-EU Trade and Cooperation Agreement (TCA).
