NHS England funding offer for international nurse recruitment - 2023/24

NHS England has written to all Trusts with a funding offer for international nurse recruitment between April-November 2023.

The funding offer is for approximately £5,000 per internationally recruited nurses arriving in the NHS in England between 1 April – 30 November 2023, which must be in line with the Department’s Code of Practice for international recruitment and accompanied by appropriate high quality pastoral support.

The deadline for Trusts to respond to this is 5pm on 3 February 2023 and the letter that has been sent to Trusts outlines how to apply.  Please do encourage Trusts that you work with to be as ambitious as possible with their recruitment plans.
