Procurement Act PPN 023: 2026 Threshold Amounts

This Procurement Policy Note (PPN) gives early notice of the updated threshold values that determine the procedures for awarding public contracts for goods, works, and services under the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).

The new threshold amounts will come into effect on 1 January 2026. As such, in-scope organisations must apply the provisions of this PPN in respect of any procurements that will commence on or after 1 January 2026.
