The aim of this Framework Agreement, freely accessible to all NHS Organisations and public sector entities, is to provide a streamlined route to a suite of pre-tendered professional services. These services encompass the delivery of Sustainable Estates Solutions. The Consultancy Services supports Contracting Authorities in assessing, adapting to, and mitigating against the impacts of climate change on estates and preventing service delivery disruption due to climate change. It supports the implementation of green plans, including Net Zero targets, through a single market route.

HOW TO CALL-OFF UNDER THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT.
While the terms of the framework agreement allow a Participating Authority to direct award, there may be occasions where procuring a contract through a further competition may result in a better outcome. It is therefore, recommended that a Participating Authority appraises the benefits of both options before proceeding. Details of these processes are provided in the user guides.
