We invite legal services providers, including small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to participate in our pre-market engagement exercise.
Your feedback will play an important role in informing the development of our new Framework Agreement, and we encourage you to take part.

The Preliminary Market Engagement Exercise advertised in the above UK2 Notice has been extended in order to encourage participation from the wider market.
To make it easier to respond, there is now no need to go to our portal, you simply need to download and complete the Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire, then return the completed questionnaire by email to nhscs.corporateservices@nhs.net
