Consultancy and Associated Services
The Consultancy and Associated Services framework has been designed to provide a one-stop solution for contracting authorities seeking approved consultancy firms and service providers. The framework offers a compliant solution from a range of service providers (including SMEs) with local, regional, and national coverage incorporating the following core areas:
A) Property and Estates Consultancy
B) Programme and Project Management Consultancy
C) Financial, Commercial, and Related Consultancy
D) Environmental, Sustainability, and Social Value Consultancy
E) Health and Social Care Consultancy
The framework gives contracting authorities the option of making a direct award or running a further competition, offering flexibility for ad hoc or more long-term requirements for projects or programmes.

- Competitive Day Rates, fixed for the life of the agreement which provides budget controls.
- No minimum or maximum value thresholds, giving flexibility.

- Knowledgeable framework management team to support you.
- A minimum 10% Social Value weighting can be applied at the call-off stage, supporting the requirements of PPN 01/21.
- Over 60% of Suppliers appointed to the framework are new entrants and SMEs.
