NHS Commercial Solutions on behalf of the Procurement in Partnership (PiP) Estates and Facilities working group, invites you to our online PiP Estates Collaboration Construction Forms of Contract legal series.

The series of one hour sessions will be presented by Birketts LLP law firm and are free to attend for any members of the four NHS Collaborative Procurement Hubs (NHS Commercial Solutions, East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub, NHS London Procurement Partnership or NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative), and are aimed at our members’ Procurement and Estates teams.

PiP is a collaboration between the four regional NHS procurement hubs who have come together to reduce duplication and improve standards across the regions creating a national “go-to” place for procurement activity.

• Importance of completing the contract booklet
• Design responsibility
• Payment mechanisms and pitfalls and retention
