The session will be led by Sarah Whittle and Holly Spencer-Biggs of Blake Morgan and will offer a breakdown of recent procurement case law updates and the lessons that have been learned as a result.

Holly is a Senior Solicitor in Blake Morgan's Cardiff Litigation and Dispute Resolution team specialising in commercial and public law disputes.

Sarah is a Legal Director in the Cardiff Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team with extensive experience of advising public sector and private clients on a wide range of commercial and public law disputes, in particular public procurement disputes and judicial reviews.

Both Holly and Sarah have regularly acted for public sector clients such as NHS England, local authorities, local health boards and the Welsh Ministers in advising them in respect of procurement disputes and challenges.
