The NHS Workforce Alliance Joint Cluster Workforce Workshop will bring together all of the clusters led by Alliance partner NOE CPC to share learning and good practice, identify common challenges, with a focus on sharing good practice and developing solutions to support you in managing your temporary staffing spend more effectively.
This full day workshop will include NHS Workforce Alliance sharing market trends and insights, national policy update, case studies, Legal seminar on temporary worker rights under the various supply models (bank, agency, DE, fixed term etc), Round table discussion re development of effective temporary worker recruitment and retention policies and other topical updates.
