The session will be led by Rebecca Pallot and Jenny Beresford-Jones of Mills & Reeve and will offer a short reminder of TUPE and its application, with the main focus of the session being the practical issues raised by TUPE in the public procurement context.

Rebecca is a Partner and an employment lawyer with extensive experience working for healthcare and charity clients. She acts for a large number of NHS organisations advising them on health-specific employment and strategic issues. Rebecca also advises charities on the full breadth of employment law matters and frequently represents clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.

Jenny is a Senior Legal Advisor and a specialist in public procurement. She advises government departments and their NDPBs/agencies, universities and higher education institutions, NHS bodies, local authorities and third sector organisations on the application of public procurement law to their work.
