NHS Workforce Alliance. Off-Payroll Working (IR35) Customer Webinar
The NHS is currently experiencing significant staffing shortages and agency workers continue to play a vital role in providing much needed additional capacity during these challenging times; however, some worrying trends appear to be developing around off-payroll working (IR35).
To raise awareness of the obligations on NHS organisations when engaging temporary workers through an agency, NHS Workforce Alliance will be hosting a webinar on Thursday 17th March 2022 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. With contributions from colleagues at HMRC and Tax Centre of Excellence the presentation will provide some useful guidance and will be followed by an open Q&A session.
