Training and Development Services
This Framework is designed to support the NHS and wider arena of publicly funded services with the
provision of innovative learning methods and support services. The framework agreement has seven
Lots which captures a broad range of Training and Development Services to fully assist individuals and
teams. Training available can support different elements, such as but not limited to personal development,
leadership, improving outcomes and knowledge. Training is offered in both virtual and face-to-face delivery
options.

- Access to a wide variety of services, including face-to-face and remote learning
- Governed under the Procurement Act 2023 rules (light touch)
- Designed for the NHS and fully or partially government-funded organisations and blue light services
Lot Structure
This Framework consists of 7 Lots:
Lot 1 Coaching and Mentoring Services
Support for an individual’s or team’s personal development through facilitation of bespoke coaching or mentoring services.
Lot 2 Training Programmes
Support to provide individuals and organisations with their personal and professional development.
Lot 3 System leadership
Support to provide leaders with the skills to manage complexity, engagement with diverse stakeholders and leadership.
Lot 4a Patient Safety Incident Response Framework - Systems approach to learning from patient safety incidents
Training to support the development of core understanding and competencies to enable application of systems-based patient safety learning responses.
Lot 4b Patient Safety Incident Response Framework - PSIRF Oversight Training
Training to support the development of understanding, competencies and strategies to enable supportive oversight of patient safety learning response systems.
Lot 4c Patient Safety Incident Response Framework - Patient and staff engagement and involvement in learning from patient safety incidents
Training to support the development of understanding and competencies to enable compassionate support
engagement and involvement of those affected by patient safety incidents.
Lot 5 Digital Clinical Safety
Support to organisations in embedding a culture of digital clinical safety through the
entire lifecycle.
Lot 6 Environmental Sustainability Skills
Support on building net zero goals, resource use and drive positive environmental outcomes across
organisations.
Lot 7 Oliver McGowan Training
This training draws on existing best practice, the expertise of people with a learning disability, autistic people and family carers to best support autistic people and people with learning disabilities.
