We are an NHS procurement organisation providing a range of services, including collaborative procurement, bid and tender support, supply chain improvements, e-enablement and bespoke projects. These services are funded by a combination of stakeholder subscriptions and consultancy charges based on day rates.

We have extensive experience of managing procurement projects through a process of category management involving frameworks and mini competitions. In addition, our experience in complex bespoke projects includes such processes as competitive dialogue.
We are hosted by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation trust. We are a member of the NHS Commercial Alliance, a strategic partnership between collaborative procurement organisations that is designed to step up delivery and improve services to customers.
