The framework utilises the national service specification for pharmaceutical wholesale services and national key performance indicators. It aims to provide safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmaceutical wholesale services, including the delivery of medicines and other pharmaceutical products up to twice a day. The scope also allows for collaborative efforts with suppliers to adapt to the evolving pharmacy landscape during the framework agreement term.
