The purpose of this free to access Framework Agreement which is available to all NHS organisations in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales, local authorities, public services organisations, social enterprises, and Community Interest Companies (CICs), is to enable access to a range of pre-tendered professional services to deliver end to end sustainable estate solution, support green plans and can be used to deliver Sustainable funding initiatives offering flexibility to compete and award across multiple service lines

Call-off type

When calling-off under this Framework Agreement, Contracting Authorities can either run Direct Award or run a mini competition which is permissible across all lots.
