Benefits of using the Framework

The purpose of this free to access Framework Agreement which is available to all NHS organisations in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales, local authorities, public services organisations, social enterprises, and Community Interest Companies (CICs), is to enable access to a range of pre-tendered professional services to deliver Digital Dictation, Speech/Voice Recognition, Outsourced Transcription and associated services from software to hardware to In-house and outsourced digital dictation service solutions (including but not limited to, Medical, Medicinal, Secretarial, Legal, Multi-speakers, Investigation for Professional Regulatory Bodies).

Lot Structure

The Framework has been structured to incorporate 6 (six) lots, which are:

Lot 1: Products and/or Services Catalogue

Lot 2: Digital Dictation service solution with AI Technology

Lot 3 Digital Dictation service solution without AI Technology

Lot 4: Outsourced transcription service solution with AI Technology

Lot 5 Outsourced transcription service solution without AI Technology

Lot 6: Managed service solution

Call-off type

When calling-off under this Framework Agreement, Contracting Authorities can either run Direct Award for Lot 1, Lot 2 , Lot 3, Lot 4 and Lot 5 or run a mini competition which is permissible across all lots.
