In public procurement tender processes, everything rests on the evaluation and moderation process, and as we all know, applying PCR is not always not straight forward as we would like! Recent case law has shown how much emphasis the Courts will place on each word of the scoring methodology, evaluation report and standstill letter. The contents of the notes of each evaluator can also be crucial in assessing Contracting Authority compliance. In short, the role of the evaluator and moderator has never been so important.

Our 1½ hour session will present the facts in an engaging and practical way. Discussions will include real life experiences from recent case law, the approach of the Courts and how evaluation and moderation can be carried out in a compliant manner.
