Procurement Act: PPN 019: Requirements to publish on Contracts Finder

The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCRs) require in-scope organisations to publish public sector procurement opportunities in a single location—Contracts Finder. Additionally, details of the awarded contract, including information about the winning contractor, must also be made available on Contracts Finder.

This Procurement Policy Note (PPN) published on 10th March 2025 provides updated guidance for contracting authorities on publishing this information following the implementation of the Procurement Act 2023. The PPN and its related guidance on transparency requirements for Contracts Finder apply only to procurements initiated under the PCRs.
